Law, LLB Hons FullTime

Awful value for money - wouldn't recommend. Teaching quality poor and disorganised most of the time (with a few stand out exceptions). Different personal tutor every year, and wasn't assigned a new one when the old one left so couldn't get something confirmed which cost me time and money! Course content ok - typical LLB could definitely get better elsewhere. Careers stuff, apparently good. Never used as the rest of it is so unreliable and untrustworthy I did not want to risk future career ! read more

I have enjoyed studying my university course however the teacher is lacking. During the covid pandemic the teaching has been very different. Some lectures managed to adjust to the change of being online very well however others haven’t. Additionally some of the “help” or lack there of I received from some lectures was very hostile and discouraging read more

Lecturers are pretty knowledgeable, the law facilities are fine. Lecture sizes are so big an impersonal. Lots of people drop out as it is geneiuenly a hard course. Think hard on if you want to read law. read more

Law with International Arbitration & Commercial Law, LLB Hons FullTime

Seminars aren’t very challenging, the preparation asks simple questions which can easily be found on google by a lay person. They need to challenge students by asking more questions derived from articles and academia. Attendance is always very low, only 10 students max show up to lectures, no one else can be bothered to commute to university (I totally understand since the university campus itself is so far and inconvenient) read more
