I live at Purbeck House and my personal opinion is that it's the best accomodation due to the caring,kind and always striving to help kind of staff that actually care about the residents of the building and the building itself, from the people at the reception to the cleaning staff and maintenance,everyone is alway helpfull and whenever there is a problem ( even though it's extremely rare) it tends to get solved within 24 hours. It's clear that the staff enjoy doing their work as their attitude towards their work shows that they take pride in it which is a incredible quality to have. I give it 10/10 which is why I will be living here next year as well. read more
