Student Accommodation Awards Winners #

The results are in! We are thrilled to be able to announce the winners of the Student Voice Awards 2024. Congratulations to all our winning properties and providers!

The student body has spoken, rating the best halls of residence and accommodation options around the UK. Over 30 different student accommodation operators have featured this year, showing the fantastic quality of housing across the board. This year, we have winners in 30 cities in the UK from Aberdeen to York.

How were the winners selected?#

To create these student accommodation rankings, we analysed a whopping 48,981 verified student reviews submitted on StudentCrowd. The winners were selected as they performed consistently the best in reviews over the last 12 months, across 7 different categories that students rated out of 5 stars. To be eligible for an award this year, a property must have received 10 reviews in the last 12 months. The property must be in a city with at least 5 eligible properties, in order for us to select winners.

These property awards cover all the most important factors when choosing student accommodation, and are the only awards based on 100% verified students studying at UK universities, with an ac.uk email address.
