Would highly recommend, it's quite expensive but you get a lot for your money - spacious rooms and kitchen area, 24/7 security, gym and cinema room access, helpful maintenance service with quick response times. Location is perfect too - at a quick walk you can get to town and campus in 10 minutes and perfect for the train station. Road noise is a little loud but you get used to that quickly. Overall would recommend.

The Facilities, such as table tennis is great. The entertainment board game is very good. Sometimes the network will fluctuate and become weak. If you find the staff for help, they are very enthusiastic and the speed of solving the problem is also very fast. It would be better if more apartment social activities could be organised. For example, some holiday celebrations.

What about the campus, I am studying in Clifton Campus and there is a nice, very cozy and comfortable area for students. There we can find useful facilities and what i like the most, a lot of really cool places to study which help to find proper mood for studying and better atmosphere. I myself prefer library spaces the most, however, there are also lots of spaces in the studying buildings. The only thing is the temperature in rooms, during the winter time it was slightly cold because of the outside weather as well. Campus location is nice for me, however i know some cases when students were late to the lectures or seminars because of the heavy traffic on the roads and buses which passed by them, but it wasn`t a problem for the students because teachers always react positively and happy to see students on their lessons.

The rooms are quiet and so warm, the staff are really lovely (especially Natalie :D) and living here feels like home. Overall I love here! This is my last year staying in Exeter and I am so lucky to have chosen Clifton Place!

Clifton place is a great purpose built accommodation for students with a good location in Exeter and opposite St David’s making travelling too and from home much easier. Both the studios and townhouses are bright and modern and the building always has a safe and secure feel to it. The social spaces are an added bonus and all of the staff are lovely and always deal with any issues promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, the accommodation is decent and the staff are lovely. The room layout it nice and right close to St David station. The only disadvantage is that there are no lifts in the building that I am currently living in. I live on the third floor therefore it was difficult to move in.

The staff are very friendly and make an effort to know you (learn your name and house number). The maintenance is well organised and any reported issues are attended to within a few days. Washing facilities provided by circuit laundry so you do have to pay extra for that. The rent is a little pricey but all rooms are equipped with en-suite and you have control of your housemates. The kitchen areas are a good size, with a dishwasher and microwave provided, with good cupboard and fridge space per person (I lived in a townhouse). The rooms are a good size with lots of storage (wardrobe, shelving, under bed storage, 3 large desk drawers and shelves in the bathroom. The en-suite bathrooms in the townhouses have good quality showers but are a little small. The social spaces are very comfortable and having the cinema room and a gym is an excellent bonus. Very convenient location with access to St Davids train station and two corner shops, 10 minute walk to town and 15 to campus.

Clifton place is the best accommodation for someone like who loves a quiet place to stay. It has all amenities you would need, and the staff here are so helpful. The place is so beautiful and has such aesthetic rooms and the lawn is a pretty cool place to hang out! You should definitely consider this for your next home.

The best of the best accommodations, so close to the uni and a short walk from St.Davids station. Staff are super nice and always available to help out or simply to have a nice chat. Rooms are super cozy and learning friendly, a great hub to meet new people, form new connections and establish long term relations. Bedding is super comfortable and a large working space, loved every bit of it and would recommend it as the best student living space in Exeter.

Fantastic location, really close to town and St David’s is just across the road, short walk to the uni as well and there are free shuttle buses from the station. Really nice rooms and kitchen, wonderful staff and any repairs and issues are resolved fairly quickly.
